- Unauthorized Shipments: Please note that the address listed on your original shipping label represents our transit processing facility, NOT our return center. Packages returned without our prior written consent or sent to an unauthorized address will be strictly rejected, and no refund will be issued.
- Tracking Verification: Tiptoppick does not provide pre-paid return labels. Upon dispatching your package, you are required to email the valid Tracking Number and carrier name to our care desk immediately.
2. Return & Exchange Logistics Conditions
To sustain our global logistics ecosystem, financial responsibilities for return transportation are structured as follows:
- For Standard Returns: Return shipping logistics and all associated costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Upon receiving and passing our quality inspection, we will issue a refund. Please note that a fixed $9.99 / £6.99 shipping fee (representing our initial fulfillment cost, applicable even to complimentary free-shipping orders) will be permanently deducted from your final refund amount.
- For Size or Product Exchanges: The buyer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and a $9.99 / £6.99 re-shipping fee to cover the logistics of dispatching the replacement item.
- Additional International Fees: Depending on your jurisdiction, additional liabilities such as customs duties, import tariffs, or local brokerage taxes may apply to return shipments. These fees are borne entirely by the recipient and are strictly non-refundable.
3. Merchandise Condition Specifications
Returned merchandise must be in pristine, immaculate condition to be accepted for a refund.
- Original Status: All items must be completely unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and presented in their original brand packaging with all protective tags and security seals fully attached.
- Hygiene Restrictions (Strict Exclusion): Due to strict international hygiene and healthcare safety regulations, all undergarments and panties sold on this site are completely ineligible for return or exchange.
- Quality Anomalies: If you receive an item with an inherent manufacturing defect, please contact info@tiptoppick.com immediately with photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange a complimentary replacement dispatch or a full refund.
4. Processing Timeframes & Refund Method
Once your return package arrives at our designated international warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance desk:
- Inspection Window: Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of warehouse receipt for our team to process and approve your return.
- Credit Remittance: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original credit card or payment method. The exact reflection time depends entirely on your financial institution's processing cycles.
