1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Almost all orders enter our strict quality control and packaging phase immediately and are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). For multi-item orders, the processing time will depend on the item with the longest estimated availability. Please note that processing times do not include transit times.
- Standard Delivery: $9.99 (Complimentary Free Shipping eligible on qualifying orders). Delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days.
- Order Tracking: Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will instantly receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking credentials.
- Small Batch Stock: For a select few boutique items, processing may take 3–5 business days depending on current stock. We appreciate your refined patience—excellence takes time.

3. International Customs, Duties & Exchanges
To maintain a streamlined global logistics infrastructure, please note the following regulatory conditions:
- Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and local customs fees are determined solely by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are strictly non-refundable.
- International Returns: Due to international customs regulations, we cannot offer complimentary exchange services for overseas orders. All return or exchange logistics and associated costs are borne by the recipient.
